Mayweather is the fighter who loves to throw trash on other fellow boxers, cause trouble and getting into controversies. He always has his name on every boxing journalist's notes. He may be the only villain in boxing history and that is the way he likes it. But despite all this, there is no denying that Mayweather is an excellent defensive boxer which in the boxing world has never seen before. He can duck, counter punch and dodge like no boxer has ever done before. He is also a very accurate counter puncher making most of his opponents think where did his punches came from, that is Mayweather.
His left hand leans at the side, leaving him open and waiting to land a punch. If his opponent misses, Mayweather can quickly land that left hand in a split second. Mayweather is a smart and clever fighter not just inside the ring but outside too making his record being undefeated.
Shane Mosley will be facing Floyd Mayweather on May 1, if Mosley can live up to his words then it will be a very good fight. Mosley is renowned for his power punches and excellent agility. His record is at 46-5 with 39 KO's. One major disadvantage for Mosley is that most of his punches are for measuring rather than scoring, He really does need to throw strong and accurate punches.
I'm sure Mosley will put pressure on Mayweather combined with agility, speed and power and that Mayweather will have a hard time. Mayweather seems to have troubled when pressured, Dela Hoya lost to mayweather via split decision. Mosley will not be an easy opponent compared to Marquez. This one will be a long hard fight for Mayweather.
